Kim's passion for real estate and a yearning for a more simplistic lifestyle is what urged her to leave her hometown of London, Ontario, where she was a prominent realtor for 21 years before making the move to the sunny South Baja. Her extensive portfolio includes certification as both a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a Staging Professional (CSP).

Kim quickly worked her way to becoming Team Cabo Properties' top sales agent for 5 consecutive years in Los Cabos Mexico where she has been residing for the past 9 years. Kim's extensive real estate background and knowledge of the Baja in both the region as well as the legal aspect of real estate is one of the reasons clients reach out to her.

However, it is her transparency, communication, and dedication in keeping in touch with the clients, even after finalizing agent-client transactions, that establishes long-lasting friendships. Kim's trustworthy and supportive nature makes her a loyal colleague in business and personal life.
