This reference letter is for Kim Anthes, who is our amazing Los Cabo Realtor.
In the beginning of this property buying process, we kept in touch with Kim via email or Facebook messenger. Kim was friendly, knowledgeable and available pretty much any time, to answer our constant questions regarding the whole process of looking at and possibly buying a property in Los Cabo. Did I mention that we were constantly asking her questions?!
The website she set us up on, allowed us to view many different properties in Los Cabo and the surrounding areas. This really helped us choose the ones we could afford and that suited our needs as a big family.
Once we were in Los Cabo, Kim picked us up at our hotel at the exact time that we had agreed upon and made us feel comfortable the minute we met. She then drove us around for two full days, viewing property after property. We were thankful for her knowledge of the areas, pleasant demeanor, good sense of humor, nice vehicle, air conditioning and of course...cold water!
My husband and I hadn't decided if we were buying a house or a condo but Kim took the time to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see, made sure that we were comfortable, never made us feel like we were asking to much of her and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. Buying a vacation, rental, or future retirement home, in a different country, can be a very scary thought and can also be stressful if you're dealing with someone you don't know. Kim made this whole experience for us...a pleasant one and we have not only passed her name on to others but we will definitely be using her again.
We ended up buying a condo in San Jose Del Cabo and we come to our 'little piece of heaven' as much as we can. Kim keeps in touch with us regularly, is still available to answer any questions, has paid our bill at the CFE for us and we have all become fast friends. We look forward to seeing her when we're in Cabo!
It's normal to worry, to wonder and to be afraid of the unknown, but if you choose to give Kim a chance...you won't be sorry. She is not only a great realtor but an honest, trustworthy, fun-loving person as well.
